首先介绍的是:什么是土工膜?高密度聚乙烯土工膜(HDPE土工膜)是一种新型特种防渗防腐材料,采用的高密度聚乙烯原生树脂,主要成分为97.5% 的高密度聚乙烯,约2.5%的碳黑、微量的抗氧剂和热稳定剂,抗老化材料、紫外线吸收剂,经单层、双层、三层共挤技术吹塑制成。产品质量采用美国ASTM测试标准,完全达到美国GRI-GM13标准要求。

章、基面要求
1.铺设HDPE土工膜前,应会同土建方、建立、设计、业主对铺设基底进行检查,符合设计要求、满足施工条件,并作交接检记录后方可施工。
2.基面质量应符合设计要求:基坑底面、坡面及其坡比、边坡上锚固槽、坡面与义面交接处处理,仓壁混凝土结构基面均应严格达到设计要求。
3.基面应干燥、压实、平整、无裂痕、无明显尖突、无泥泞、无凹陷,垂直深度25mm内部应有树根、瓦砾、石子、钢筋头、玻璃屑。其平整度应在允许的范围内平缓变化,坡度均匀,坡度一致。
4.基面上的阴阳角处影圆滑过渡,柱根部应做成圆弧状。
5.基底表面干燥,含水率宜在15%以下。
6.基底应密实均匀,土质基底的干密度不得小于1.4t/㎡。
7.在土建、监理、设计单位、业主、总承包人验收签字认可后便可进行铺土工膜施工。
第二章、施工的气候要求
1.气温一般应在五摄氏度以上,低温时土工膜应紧张些,高温时土工膜应放松些。
2.风力在四级以下。
3.气温过低时,4级以上大风及雨雪天气一般不应施工。
4.在风天气,风力影响土工膜施工时,待焊的HDPE土工膜应用砂袋压牢。
第三章、HDPE土工膜铺的铺设
1.铺设HDPE土工膜前应由土建工程相应的合格验收证明文件。
2.HDPE土工膜裁切之前,应该准确丈量其相关尺寸,然后按实际裁切,一般不宜按图示尺寸裁切,应逐片编号,详细记录在表格上。
3.铺设HDPE土工膜时应力求焊缝少,在保证质量的前提下,尽量节约原材料。同时也容易保证质量。
4.膜与膜之间接缝的搭接宽度一般不小于10cm,通常就使焊缝排列方向平行于坡度,即沿坡度方向排列。
5.通常在拐角及畸形地段,应是接缝长度尽量减短。除特殊要求外,在坡度大于1:6的斜坡上距顶坡或应力集中区域1.5米范围内,尽量不设焊缝。
6.HDPE土工膜在铺设中,应避免产生人为褶皱,温度较低时,应尽量拉紧,铺平。
7.HDPE土工膜铺设完成后,应尽量减少在膜面上行走、搬动工具等,凡能对HDPE防渗膜造成危害的物件,均不应放在膜上或携带在膜上行走,以免对膜造成意外损伤。
第四章、HDPE土工膜的焊接
1.热锲焊机焊接工序分为:调节压力设定温度设定速度焊缝搭接检查装膜入机启动马达加压焊接。
2.接缝处不得有油污、灰尘,HDPE土工膜的搭接段面不应夹有泥沙等杂物,当有杂物时必须在焊接前清理干净。
3.每天焊接开始时,必须在现场先试焊一条0.9mm×0.3mm的试样,搭接宽度不小于10cm,并用拉力机现场进行剥离和剪切试验,试样合格后,便可用当时调整好的速度、压力、温度进行正是焊接。试样上需标明日期、时刻、环境温度。热锲焊机在焊接过程中,需随时注意焊机的运行情况,要根据现场的实际情况对速度和温度进行微调。
4.焊缝要求整齐、美观、不得有滑焊、跳走现象。
5.在遇上土工膜长度不够时,需要长向拼接,应先把横向焊缝焊好,再焊纵缝,横向焊缝相距大于50cm应成T字型,
6.相邻土工膜焊缝应尽量错缝搭接,膜块间形成的结点,应为T字型,尽量减少十字型,纵模向焊缝交点处应用挤压焊机加强。
7.焊膜时不许压出死折,铺设HDPE土工膜时,根据当地气温变化幅度和HDPE土工膜性能要求,预留出温度变化引起的伸缩变形量。
8.当手提焊机的温度控制所指示的焊机温度低于200℃时,要用干净的布或棉纱掸掉再焊,必要时应重新打磨,切忌用手擦试。
