电厂堆场渣场尾矿坝防渗土工膜的应用

电厂堆场渣场尾矿坝防渗土工膜的应用,电厂堆场渣场尾矿坝防渗土工膜的应用磷石膏堆场中垃圾体和防渗土工膜的受力变形特性是普遍关心的问题,在现场试验尚无法获得满意的监测结果时,利用离心模型试验和有限元数值分析进行探讨性研究也是可以尝试的途径。通过离心模型试验研究和有限元计算,模拟了垃圾填埋场中填埋垃圾大变形条件下土工防渗膜的变形性状,在模型比率80的条件下,可以找到相应的模型材料来模拟实际工程中的土工膜;选用的防渗膜模拟材料和木屑土能较好地模拟垃圾填埋场中材料;邓肯-张模型和Goodman接触面模型能模拟垃圾土和土工膜以及界面的工作状态;土工膜中拉应力靠近坡肩,可达到限抗拉强度的1/1.5倍;考虑到HDPE膜的抗拉安全,设计坡长应加以控制。 
     磷石膏堆场的山坡渗水隔离系统,包括岩石边坡表面铺设的抗拉、抗刺穿土工布、磷石膏下铺设的外表面光滑的高密度聚乙烯膜抗拉、抗刺穿土工布与高密度聚乙烯膜之间以热熔形式结合有多个间隔排列的齿状凸起,形成空隙,作为山坡渗水向下流动的通道,减小了HDPE高密度聚乙烯膜被山坡渗水顶托隆起的风险,并为防止高密度聚乙烯膜被山坡上的岩石和其它凸起物顶破提供了良好的保护,采用外表面光滑的高密度聚乙烯膜,限度地减少了高密度聚乙烯膜与磷石膏之间的摩擦力,有效避免了高密度聚乙烯膜因磷石膏沉降而引起的下拽、撕裂等问题。该山坡渗水隔离系统可长期可靠地为隔绝磷石膏与山坡渗水提供保障。
